So once upon a time this fabulous girl named Sylvia had a birthday, and I made her a Nine/Rose picspam. And told her that one day she'd get part two, a Ten/Rose picspam. And then I, um...was myself...so the part two never happened.

But today I am not feeling super happy, and also I've been thinking about the startling lack of Ten/Rose I've seen in my flist lately, so it seems that the time has come.

Okay, so it's not the most balanced picspam. So Girl in the Fireplace gets two pictures and the opening scene in Fear Her gets four. FEAR HER IS MIND-NUMBINGLY CUTE, YOU GUYS. LIKE SERIOUSLY. THEY ARE SO PRECIOUS IN IT. HOW CAN ANYONE NOT LIKE THAT EPISODE.

Typing Speed Test

I bet you didn't know I was so impressive. Not even I knew I was so impressive. Also, fun Catey fact of the day: I type only with the middle three fingers on each hand, except I press the shift key with my right pinky. I don't know why. I never learned to type correctly. Thought apparently that's not cramping my style in my adult life! Oh God, do I have an adult life already? Time to end this train of thought.

Time for a fandom-related happy update! In which I will pretend to play catchup on the Top 5 meme, and also start a new Who meme! Because if there's one thing I'm good at, it's staying on top of stuff like this! Right?...

That intensity, that dark kind of frenzy he gets when something is really important to him, is one of the things I love most about Ten. And that passion is, of course, the reason that Doctor/Rose is my OTP forever and ever. It's absurd how much he loves her. This scene makes my heart melt and my stomach churn - two of my favorite reactions to Who!

Because this is one of my favorite things about this show: the celebration of being human, of living life. While I absolutely do believe that this quote is a Rose reference (ISN'T EVERYTHING REALLY), I also think it's just a really beautiful comment on people in general, the way the Doctor sees them. It's wonderful.
