He says "ee by gum" or something which is apparently Yorkshire slang? I have heard "by gum" before but I'm pretty sure he says "by" twice for some reason, hopefully it will make more sense in context. MATT SMITH I LIKE YOU, but sometimes you are really really hard to understand. STOP MUMBLING, SIR.
